Pricing:

At The Talmage, discounted rates are available to individual seniors whose annual income is around $23,220 per year or less, or couples whose annual income is around $26,520 or less.

For those who qualify for a discounted rate:

• One-bedroom apartment: $430–$535 per month
• Two-bedroom apartment: $515–$640 per month

Standard, non-discounted rate:

• One-bedroom apartment: $545–$617 per month
• Two-bedroom apartment: $765–$843 per month
