- Medication management and administration, including reorders from local and mail-order pharmacies
- Personalized assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Occasional reminders and redirection
- Management of physician appointments and dialysis, including transportation and appointment escorts
- Personal hygiene maintenance to include reminders and specialized services for minor incontinence
- Diabetic management through medication supervision and dietary support
- Oxygen and respiratory management including reordering and proper storage
- Choice of three delicious restaurant-style meals daily, plus two meals per month in Jackson Square Grill (maximum non-cumulative Grill credit: $15 each month)
Apartments are furnished with:

- 24-hour emergency alert system
- Safety bars in every bathroom
- Smoke detection/sprinkler system
- Kitchenette includes microwave and refrigerator (no oven or stove)
